What do you guys think? I work out predominantly on Your
Shape: Evolved 2012 and find that the most gut wrenching, sweat producing, ball
breaking workouts leave you punching away those calories....err, just 23 of them. Can
this be true?
Can anyone recommend some great HRM’s for me?
